Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with White Sands Holdings.
Every order is handled with care and processed by our small team in Baltimore, Maryland. Because many of our products are curated, limited, archival, or produced in small quantities, our shipping timelines differ from those of large retailers.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 14 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Many orders will ship sooner; however, please allow the full processing period before contacting us regarding shipment status.
Certain products—including archive pieces, limited editions, made-to-order items, pre-orders, and special releases—may require additional processing time. Any extended timeline will be noted on the applicable product page whenever possible.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow carriers up to 24–48 hours to update tracking information after a shipping label has been created.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Shipping rates and available delivery methods are calculated during checkout.
Estimated carrier delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
International Shipping
International shipping may be offered on select products.
Customers are responsible for any applicable:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT
- Brokerage fees
- Other government-imposed charges
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping rates unless explicitly stated.
White Sands Holdings is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Delivery Estimates
Carrier delivery estimates are provided for convenience only.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier.
White Sands Holdings is not responsible for delays resulting from:
- Weather
- Customs inspections
- Carrier disruptions
- Labor strikes
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping information
- Other events outside our reasonable control
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
If an order has not yet entered processing, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address changes, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe a package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier first and then notify us. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier claims where appropriate but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the shipping label
- An unedited package-opening video, if available
Please retain all original packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
Multiple Shipments
To improve fulfillment efficiency, orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.
If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to decline or cancel shipments to locations where delivery is prohibited by law or where fraud or security concerns are reasonably suspected.
