Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through White Sands Holdings and its Houses are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for refunds due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Fit or preference
  • Ordering the wrong product or variation
  • Minor color differences caused by screens, lighting, photography, or production
  • Failure to review product descriptions, measurements, condition reports, or other information provided before purchase

Customers are responsible for reviewing all available product information before completing an order.

Archive, Vintage, Consignment, Artwork, and One-of-One Items

Archive, vintage, consignment, artwork, collectible, limited-edition, made-to-order, custom, and one-of-one items are sold as final sale.

These items may show age, wear, variation, repairs, alterations, patina, or other characteristics consistent with their history. Material condition details will be disclosed through descriptions and photographs when applicable.

Purchasing an item confirms acceptance of its disclosed condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within three calendar days of confirmed delivery if an order:

  • Arrives materially damaged
  • Contains the wrong item
  • Has a material defect that was not disclosed before purchase
  • Is materially different from its published description

Email contact@whitesandsholdings.co and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
  • An unedited package-opening video, if available

Do not discard the item or packaging while the claim is being reviewed.

Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability. White Sands Holdings will determine the appropriate remedy.

Normal wear, disclosed flaws, sizing concerns, buyer preference, and damage occurring after delivery do not qualify.

Shipping Damage

Visible shipping damage should be reported immediately upon delivery and no later than three calendar days afterward.

We may require the customer to assist with a carrier claim and retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders begin processing shortly after they are submitted.

Cancellation, address-change, product-change, and combined-shipping requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing, been fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Customers are responsible for confirming shipping addresses and order details before completing checkout.

Refused, Unclaimed, and Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Failure to pay applicable duties or taxes
  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

are not automatically eligible for a refund.

The customer may be responsible for original shipping charges, return shipping, carrier fees, and reshipment costs. Any approved refund will be determined after those costs are deducted.

Chargebacks

Customers must contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve an eligible order issue before initiating a payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in cancellation of future orders or refusal of future service.

Nonreturnable Items

The following are always final sale unless they arrive materially damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Archive and vintage merchandise
  • Consignment merchandise
  • Artwork and photography
  • One-of-one items
  • Limited editions
  • Custom and personalized items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Event tickets
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Event Tickets

Event admissions and tickets are nonrefundable unless White Sands Holdings cancels the event.

Event postponement, schedule changes, performer or programming changes, travel conflicts, and failure to attend do not automatically qualify for a refund.
